Graduate Associate – Assurance
This is a two-year fixed-term contract with a deadline of May 31, 2026. The role focuses on Audit and Assurance, Accounting, Finance, and Statistics.
Graduate Associate – Consulting and Risk Services
This is also a two-year fixed-term contract with a deadline of May 31, 2026. The role focuses on Consulting, Risk, Technology, Cybersecurity, and Data Analytics.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for either programme, you must be a Kenyan citizen.
For academic performance, you need either a KCSE grade of B+ and an Upper Second Class university degree, OR a KCSE grade of B plain and a First-Class Honours degree.
You must have graduated in 2024 or later, or expect to complete your studies by September 2026.
Your degree field should be in Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce) OR Technology (Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science).
Preferred Professional Certifications
These are not mandatory but give you an advantage.
For Risk and Assurance with an accounting focus, certifications such as CPA(K), ACCA, or CA are preferred.
For Technology Consulting with an IT focus, certifications in Cybersecurity (Certified Ethical Hacker, CISCO), Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Programming and DevOps (Python, Java, Microsoft Developer), or Data (Data Analytics, Data Science, AI) are valued. IT Management certifications like ITIL and Project Management are also beneficial.
Required Application Documents
If you have already graduated, you must attach an updated CV, your certified KCSE certificate, your certified degree certificate, certified transcripts from first year to final year, and your National ID card.
If you are still in university, you must attach an updated CV, your certified KCSE certificate, certified transcripts to date, a letter from your university stating your expected completion date and expected degree results, and your National ID card.
