Northern Mexico Sales Lead (Principal Consultant) at Environmental Resources Management (ERM)

ERM is looking to grow its presence in Monterrey by hiring a Northern Mexico Sales Lead (Monterrey) to play a key role in advancing sustainability efforts in Mexico.

This role leads the development and delivery of end‑to‑end sustainability solutions, from deal origination to post‑sales consulting and long‑term digital enablement. The focus is on helping organizations translate ESG ambition into action. Through advisory support that ensures measurable impact and credible disclosures.

The role requires the ability to design integrated solutions with ERM’s global experts and digital services teams, while managing complex commercial engagements across industries and geographies.

Responsibilities:

  • Originating and closing complex sustainability projects.

  • Coordinate technical experts to design integrated and competitive solutions.

  • Build credibility with business leaders on climate risk.

Requirements:

  • 7–12 years of consultative and client leadership experience.

  • Track record in sustainability & ESG.

  • Experience in negotiation with C-level (CFO, CRO, CSO, EHS, IT, COO).

  • Advanced English and Spanish.

  • Base in Monterrey.

  • Strong communication skills: able to simplify complexity to a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • ESG‑related digital platforms (Desirable)
