Role Objective
Our client, based in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a reliable and professional Private Driver to provide dedicated transport services to the CEO. The role requires a high level of discretion, punctuality, and commitment to safety, ensuring all journeys are conducted efficiently and comfortably.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation for the CEO to various destinations
Plan routes in advance, taking into account traffic patterns and potential disruptions
Anticipate and respond to travel challenges such as delays, roadblocks, or vehicle issues
Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and road safety regulations
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure proper maintenance at all times
Keep accurate records of servicing, fuel usage, and general vehicle condition
Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the vehicle
Deliver a high level of service with professionalism, courtesy, and reliability
Assist with errands and occasional administrative support as required
Promptly report any mechanical or technical issues
Uphold confidentiality and maintain professional conduct at all times
Carry out any additional duties as assigned
Job Specifications and Qualifications
KCSE Certificate; additional training in logistics or a related field is an added advantage
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant driving experience, preferably in a similar role
Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best driving practices
