Overview

JOB PURPOSE The major job purpose of an internal surveyor is: To assess the value of properties given to the bank as collaterals. To carry out bills of quantities for the construction projects to be financed by the bank. To carry out progressive reviews of commercial and residential properties under construction (independent verification over commercial and residential mortgage facilities utilization)

Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To appraise prospective fundable construction infrastructure projects and monitors the performance of those projects financed by the bank.

2. To carry out regular valuation and or counter –valuation of the bank’s assets and those offered to the bank as securities.

3. To carry out technical visits of projects under construction, provide technical support at both the study stage and the implementation stage of maintenance or rehabilitation of the bank’s buildings.

4. To provide technical support in any construction engineering upon the request of the bank
