Trainer Recruitment

In a significant recruitment drive, Mediacrest Training College is seeking to fill sixteen trainer positions spanning technology, business, marketing, design, and professional development. Position Requirements

Call Center and Customer Support Trainer

This role requires a diploma or degree in Communications, Business, or Public Relations. Candidates must have three or more years of experience in customer support or call center operations with expert knowledge of customer service principles, KPIs, CRM software, ticketing systems, and telephony systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Social Media Marketing Trainer

Applicants need a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business with three or more years of experience managing social media campaigns for diverse brands. Proven ability to develop content strategies, use analytics tools, and run paid social advertising on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is required. Current knowledge of social media trends and community engagement is essential.

Digital Marketing Trainer

A diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or IT is required with two or more years of hands-on digital marketing experience. Prior teaching experience is an advantage. Candidates must demonstrate solid understanding of social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, Google Ads and Analytics, branding, and digital strategy. Relevant certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.

Business Intelligence (BI) Trainer

This contract position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics. Three or more years of professional experience developing BI solutions is mandatory. Expertise in BI tools including Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik is required. Strong knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling, and reporting is essential. Recognised BI certifications are advantageous.

Career and Professional Foundations Trainer

A diploma or degree in HR, Counseling, or Business is required with five or more years of experience in career coaching, recruitment, or career development. Demonstrated knowledge of CV writing, interview techniques, job search strategies, and workplace etiquette is essential. Experience in soft skills training and competency-based assessments is required, with coaching certifications highly desirable.

Procurement and Supply Chain Management Trainer

Candidates need a diploma or degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing. Two or more years of experience in professional speaking, corporate training, or personal brand consulting is required. Demonstrated expertise in crafting compelling narratives, audience engagement, and confident delivery is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are a must.

Project Management Trainer

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or Engineering is required. Three or more years of proven project management experience overseeing complete project life cycles is essential. Candidates must have expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies and project management software including MS Project, Jira, and Asana. Strong knowledge of project budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication is required.

Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Trainer

A degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, or Development Studies is required, with a Master’s degree preferred. Three or more years of experience designing and implementing M&E systems, preferably in development or non-profit sectors, is essential. Proficiency in logical frameworks, theory of change, data collection methodologies, statistical software including SPSS and Stata, and digital data collection tools including ODK and KoboToolbox is required.

Accounting Software Trainer

A degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Candidates must have expertise in at least two major accounting software systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero. A professional accounting qualification including CPA or ACCA is a strong advantage. In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting requirements is essential, along with strong attention to detail.

Public Speaking and Personal Branding Trainer

A diploma or degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing is required. Two or more years of experience in professional speaking, corporate training, or personal brand consulting is essential. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in crafting compelling narratives, audience engagement, confident delivery, online presence management, and profile development. Strong communication skills are required.

Data Science Trainer

A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science is required. Three or more years of professional experience as a Data Scientist is essential. Expertise in Python or R for data manipulation, machine learning, and statistical analysis is mandatory. Experience with libraries including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is required. Solid understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP for data science applications is essential.

Software Engineering Trainer

A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Computer Science is required. Three or more years of practical experience in information security, network security, or ethical hacking is essential. Recognised cybersecurity certifications including CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or CISM are an added advantage. Strong knowledge of security frameworks, network protocols, operating systems, threat intelligence, and security tools including SIEM, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners is required.

Cybersecurity Trainer

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Computer Science. Three or more years of practical experience in information security, network security, or ethical hacking is essential. Recognised cybersecurity certifications are an added advantage. Strong knowledge of security frameworks, network protocols, operating systems, threat intelligence, and security tools including SIEM, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners is required.

Virtual Assistant (VA) Trainer

A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or IT is required. Three or more years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative support role is essential. Mastery of productivity tools including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and project management software is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with knowledge of standard VA tasks including calendar management, email handling, research, and basic bookkeeping are essential.

Data Analysis Trainer

A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics is required. Two or more years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst is essential. Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages including Excel, SQL, and Python is required. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is essential. Solid understanding of statistical analysis methods and data modeling is required, with recognised certifications such as Google Data Analytics Certificate considered a plus.

Graphics Design Trainer

A diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Creative Media is required. Three or more years of professional industry experience in graphic design including branding, layout, and illustration is essential. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro is mandatory. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual communication is required. Prior teaching or mentorship experience is a strong advantage. A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency across various design media is required.
