DevRel Community Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships and drive product adoption, renewals, and expansion revenue. Coordinate software deployments, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure successful client outcomes. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. Prepare detailed reports, analyses, and presentations for management review and decision-making. Participate in training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen team capabilities. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholder expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
Experience with SaaS products, CRM tools, and customer success or technical support methodologies. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision and strong self-discipline. Proficiency with industry-standard tools, software platforms, and reporting systems. Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on professional experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team and client-facing interactions.
