What You Will Do
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain personnel records and HR documentation
- Support performance management and employee development.
- Facilitate disciplinary, grievance and employee relations processes
- Support payroll and statutory compliance requirements.
- Administration of staff leave entitlement and balances in liaison with team leaders.
- Attendance monitoring, records keeping and reporting.
- Participate in formulation, implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct staff exit interviews and facilitate the exiting staff handover and clearance process.
- Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field
- 3 years experience in HR function (financial services or service based sector)
- Knowledge of Kenya labour laws and HR Policies
- Strong HR administration, recruitment & employee relations skills
- IHRM membership is an added advantage
