Frontier Consulting is an environmental and social impact assessment firm that serves mining companies, energy developers, and large infrastructure projects across East Africa. Founded in 2008 and based in Nairobi, Frontier has conducted over 300 ESIA studies for projects in Kenya, Tanzania, and Ethiopia. The company employs thirty environmental scientists, social specialists, and GIS analysts. Frontier is registered with NEMA as a lead EIA expert firm and is also accredited by the International Association for Impact Assessment. The firm has worked on geothermal, wind, and solar energy projects with a combined capacity of over 800 MW.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for selling and leasing residential and commercial properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and preparing sale and lease agreements. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, marketing properties through online platforms and social media, conducting market research to determine competitive pricing, and preparing property valuations. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants, and providing advisory services on market trends and investment opportunities. You will also coordinate with lawyers, banks, and surveyors during property transactions. Strong negotiation and communication skills, a valid real estate licence, and a proven track record in property sales are required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in a relevant field from a recognised institution
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be a Kenyan citizen aged 21 years or above
