Hillcrest Partners is a mental health and counselling services provider that operates counselling centres in Nairobi, Mombasa, and Nakuru. Founded in 2012 by a team of clinical psychologists, Hillcrest offers individual therapy, group therapy, couples counselling, employee assistance programmes, and psychological assessments. The organisation employs thirty-five counsellors and psychologists and serves over 4,000 clients annually. Hillcrest Partners works with corporate clients to provide workplace wellness programmes and is accredited by the Kenya Counselling and Psychological Association.
What you will do:
You will plan, execute, and close projects according to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Daily tasks include developing project plans, assigning tasks to team members, tracking progress against milestones, and managing risks and issues. The role involves preparing status reports, facilitating project meetings, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels including clients, sponsors, and team members. You will also manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure that financial reports are accurate and up to date. Experience with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK is important, and a PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. The position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in relevant industry software and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
