Team/Role Overview
The Reference Data Services Analyst is a developing professional role responsible for applying specialized knowledge in the monitoring, assessment, analysis, and evaluation of data and operational processes. This individual plays a key part in ensuring data integrity and optimizing organizational procedures.
What you’ll do:
Complete all mandatory reports in a timely manner and to required standard
Perform daily operations related to the creation, modification, and deletion of reference data (e.g., securities, legal entities, counterparties, market data).
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by adhering to established data governance policies and procedures.
Validate data inputs against source documents and internal systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk Management, and Technology teams, to address reference data requirements and issues.
Participate in testing for system enhancements, upgrades, and new data initiatives.
Working on shift: Shift based schedule, 8 hour shifts, starts at 9:00-17:00 and 15:00-23:00 (cover for EMEA and NAM)
What we’ll need from you:
Bachelor's degree preferred
0-2 years of related job experience
Good awareness of client needs/expectations
Proficient in MS Office
Proven success as a team player
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is required, along with strong communication skills
