The Ministry of ICT & Innovation (demo listing) seeks a qualified provider to design and deliver digital skills training for the National Youth Programme, covering basic digital literacy, data analytics foundations and e-commerce operations across six districts.
Bidders must demonstrate accreditation, a trainer network of at least 40 certified instructors and prior government or donor-funded delivery. Curriculum materials may be co-developed with the Ministry’s quality assurance team.
