Job Description
Role Purpose
To drive sustainable sales growth and market expansion across Central & Eastern Africa by leveraging technical expertise, building strong customer and distributor relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives within the F&B components and spare parts sector.
Key Accountabilities

Deliver sales targets (revenue, profitability, and market share)

Develop and retain key customer accounts while expanding into new markets

Identify and convert new business opportunities across the region

Build, manage, and grow distributor partnerships

Provide technical sales support, product demonstrations, and training
