Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail

Coordinating, Collecting, Processing, Management and Storage of management information data such as data on staff Training and Development activities,

Preparation of appraisal reports, Skills Inventory, Complement Control and

Designing Management Information Systems

Requirements for Appointment

  • For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: –
  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Management Science, Computer Science, Information Science or any other degree in a relevant field from a recognized university;

OR

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a Bachelor of Science degree, and an advanced certificate or Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer/Information Science or any other equivalent but relevant qualification from a recognized institution; and

Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution.
