The Role

We are currently looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Clinic Administration Officer to join our busy Dandenong clinic on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic while delivering exceptional service to clients, patients, and healthcare professionals.

No two days are the same in this fast-paced role, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and helping people.

Responsibilities

Welcoming patients and managing reception duties
Coordinating and processing medical bookings
Managing medical results and documentation
Administering health questionnaires
Accurate data entry and record management
Invoicing and general administrative support

About You

We’re looking for someone who is professional, organised, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

You’ll also bring:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Great time management and administration skills
A positive, team-focused attitude

Previous experience in medical administration, healthcare reception, or a clinical environment will be highly regarded — however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
