
Business Development Executives at AAR Healthcare Kenya
Overall Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the role is responsible for driving business growth by implementing effective business development strategies at the outpatient centres.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement business development plans and schedules.
Represent the organization at corporate and industry events.
Build and maintain strong client relationships in line with company guidelines.
Prepare periodic reports on business performance and market trends.
Follow up and resolve client service queries in a timely manner.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Marketing option) or a related business field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
Membership to the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) or a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
Strong ICT proficiency.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Results-driven, innovative, and self-motivated.
