The Opportunity

Adobe’s App Store Optimization team leads the strategy and execution of Adobe’s global mobile user growth across its creative portfolio spanning Generative AI, Photo & Imaging, Video, and Design. This role owns the strategic roadmap for driving acquisition, engagement, and long-term growth within the app store ecosystem—continuously improving visibility, discoverability, and conversion through a significant investment in organic growth, closely integrated with paid media strategies to increase impact and efficiency across the acquisition funnel.

We are seeking a data-driven, analytical, and growth-minded ASO Manager who will partner closely with teams across Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, Product Management, Analytics, and Paid Media, as well as agency partners to deliver scalable, sustainable growth. This role sits at the intersection of organic and paid growth, using experimentation, insights, and cross-channel optimization to unlock incremental performance at a global scale.

What you’ll do:

  • Build clear, compelling recommendations to prioritize growth opportunities, supported by strong analysis and business logic

  • Lead app store strategies to reach and convert high-value, high-intent audiences through store updates, custom pages, and keyword and category optimization

  • Develop global and regionalized creative strategies to convert traffic into downloads

  • Partner with Apple and Google to share priorities and new feature releases to drive incrementality and unlock partnership support

  • Own the A/B testing roadmap to develop findings and increase app store download conversion

  • Define and create global keyword strategies to improve discoverability and expand audience base

  • Drive and continuously improve process and communications efficiency for the operational needs of ASO programs

  • Work directly with the Paid Media team to acquire targeted audiences and drive organic growth, optimize conversion, and CPI efficiency

  • Manage ASO budget

What you need to succeed:

  • BA/BS in marketing, communications, business administration or related field

  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing, mobile marketing, ASO, growth, or mobile product management within a B2C company

  • Possess a deep understanding of both paid and organic mobile marketing metrics – impressions, downloads, installs, conversion rates, CPM, CPI, CPA, and retention

  • Strong understanding of App Store developer console data, as well as other mobile reporting tools like Sensor Tower, AppTweak, and Branch

  • Highly analytical and grounds decisions in data

  • Possess outstanding synthesis and communication skills; succinctly distills sophisticated concepts in verbal, written, and visual form

  • Proven success in fast-paced, dynamic, and highly cross-functional environments

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 — $183,750 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.



In California, the pay range for this position is $126,900 – $183,750
In Washington, the pay range for this position is $114,000 – $165,000


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
