What if my listing is rejected?
If your listing is rejected due to policy violations, you can edit and resubmit at no extra cost. If it cannot be approved, you receive a full refund.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, if your listing is rejected and cannot be fixed, or if you accidentally paid twice, contact us with your M-Pesa code for a full refund within 7 days.
