Credit Management Trainer at Collection Africa Limited
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-impact training programs for collectors
Build skills in negotiation, customer engagement, and ethical debt recovery
Coach and mentor team leaders and agents on call quality and conversion
Develop training modules on call handling, objection management, and debtor segmentation
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks
Promote integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric collections
Analyze performance data to improve training content
Introduce best practices and innovation in collections strategy
Support onboarding and continuous development programs
Align training with business goals and portfolio performance
What They Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
At least 5 years’ experience in training
Strong understanding of the loan recovery industry
Excellent coaching, communication, and analytical skills
