Pricing Analysis & Support

  • Assist in designing and maintaining pricing models for consulting and advisory services.

  • Collect and analyze pricing data, including competitor rates and historical engagement information.

  • Prepare pricing reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

Proposal & Deal Support

  • Collaborate with proposal managers and finance to develop pricing for bids and renewals.

  • Support scenario planning and margin simulations for proposals.

  • Help ensure pricing governance and compliance with company policies.

Financial Modelling

  • Build and maintain pricing tools for project forecasting, rate sensitivity, and profitability analysis.

  • Benchmark pricing against data sets including industry norms and internal historical data.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • At the direction of the Regional Pricing Leads, partner with commercial, finance, and delivery teams to support pricing decisions.

  • Communicate pricing recommendations and insights to senior managers.

  • Supervise the ongoing audits of projects for compliance with pricing as set at the proposal stage, including any custom rate cards.

Influence And Decision-Making Authority

  • Operates Collaboratively: Works as part of a global pricing team, typically under the guidance of a Regional Pricing Lead. Collaborates with commercial, finance, proposal, and delivery teams to support pricing decisions and ensure alignment with company objectives.

  • Supports Execution of Pricing Strategies: Contributes to the implementation of pricing strategies and models, but does not have sole authority to set or approve final pricing. Escalates complex or high-impact decisions to senior pricing leadership as needed.

  • Influences Through Analysis and Recommendations: Provides data-driven insights, pricing analysis, and recommendations that inform decision-making by senior managers and business leaders. May present findings and advocate for pricing approaches, but final decisions rest with higher-level management.

  • Interacts with Key Stakeholders: Engages with regional senior leadership, industry and service line teams, and business partners to execute pricing strategies and support proposal development.

  • Governance and Compliance: Helps ensure adherence to pricing policies and governance frameworks, but does not have authority to approve exceptions or make policy changes independently.

  • Escalation Path: Responsible for identifying issues or risks in pricing proposals and escalating them to senior pricing managers or governance committees for resolution.
