Job Description
This role is accountable for monitoring, reviewing, processing and holding relevant stakeholders accountable for daily, weekly and monthly services to ensure quality customer service. Reporting updates, performing data extraction, identifying anomalies within the rejections and exploratory data analysis. It supports turning data into actionable insights using analytical skills, tools, and platforms to update customer collections, notify and hold stakeholders accountable and drive resolution of transactions to ensure customer satisfaction. Exposure and experience on New World and Legacy products, processes and systems would be a great advantage.
Responsibilities
RD Database Cycles
Run RD database and distribution of reports
Mailbox Maintenance
Monitor, service and clear queries and complaints
Reports
Analyse, Interpret, Compile and Distribute required reports
SMS & MIS Tasks
Perform checks, load to SFTP, run weekend SMS and retain information, and uploads exclusions to HTTP.
Data Loads
Load PAYS and VETS
Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract and review data from internal sources.
Perform data quality checks and validate results.
Interpret and present data internally; generate actionable insights.
Stakeholder Engagement
Engage stakeholders to ensure accountability and ownership for processing as per responsibility.
Assist in end-to-end solutions: problem identification, acquiring data, investigation, propose possible solutions where required.
Coordinate data extractions for strategic projects if required.
Collaboration & Accountability
Liaise with data delivery teams.
Work independently on routine tasks; seek guidance for complex tasks.
Manage own time, tasks, and output quality.
Live company values and collaborate effectively.
Technical Skills
Exposure and experience using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Gallery, Excel, Alteryx, MS Access, YM & VTG
Analysis of data to effectively create summaries for ease of reading in assisting stakeholders.
Analytical and logical thinking to identify anomalies efficiently to aid problem solving.
Additional Duties
Administration: Compile and update SOP documents, functional testing as required.
Meetings & Events: Schedule engagements with stakeholders as required.
Capability Building: Develop technical skills through training and coaching, assist with knowledge transfer.

Matric Required
NQF Level 6 qualification would be advantageous
