Qualification and Requirements

Academic Qualifications – O level with mean of C stand

Professional Qualifications – At least an advanced certificate in Food and Beverage Operations from a recognized hospitality training institution

Diploma / Degree a definate advantage

Experience – 5 years experience in a similar position or manager at a busy high end club

Leadership – A natural and strong leader, team management and interpersonal skills

Financial and Business Acumen – Good financial management insights and budgeting skills.- drive and urge for profitability mentality

Knowledge – Thorough knowledge of club setting and operations – deep comprehension of the Food and Drinks management and operations aspect and night life in general

Technical Knowledge – Well versed in all matters of food and beverage sales and service and particularly aspects of Techniques in Service Supervision and controls of both food and drinks

Flexibility – ability to adapt to flexible working hours – long, evenings, weekends and public holidays

Computer literacy – conversant with working with a POS and materials control systems

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Operational Management – overseeing daily operations, including setting up, monitoring and closing down the club

Management of cash flows and daily financial reports

Develop strategies for marketing to drive revenue and club growth

Staff Supervision – staff scheduling, monitoring performance ensuring smooth seamless efficient and professional service delivery. Staff recruitment, training and motivation

Guest Experience – handling of our esteemed VIP guests and ensuring high quality experience

Guest Complaints – handle promptly and professionally all guest issues to logical conclusion

Inventory Management-monitor inventory levels and stock controls for food and drinks – initiate procurement requests

Coordination – facilitate coordination across all departments – including promotions, security, service, production and entertainment to enhance customer experience

Ensure compliance of healthy, safety and licensing regulations

Maintain cleanliness, ambience, overall set up and standards of the club
