Adobe’s Customer Solutions (ACS) organization wants a Business Intelligence Analyst to compose, build, and scale smart analytics solutions. These solutions offer actionable insights across our Customer Experience Orchestration business. This distinctive role gives you hands-on involvement in data engineering, advanced analytics, and AI/ML. You will deliver reliable reporting, predictive insights, and next-generation intelligence that improves customer adoption and value realization.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end development of advanced analytics, dashboards, and data products passionate about customer success metrics such as renewals, adoption, churn risk, and value realization.

  • Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for senior leaders and partners across multiple functions.

  • Compose, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines integrating large datasets across subscription, services, usage, and customer health domains.

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance to support reliable, enterprise-grade analytics and reporting.

  • Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive models to surface churn risk, expansion signals, and consumption health.

  • Build executive-ready dashboards and reports using Power BI, optimized for clarity, performance, and decision-making.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a similar field.

  • More than 3 years of direct experience in advanced analytics, data science, business intelligence, or data engineering positions.

  • Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Spark, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

  • Verified background in developing scalable data pipelines, complex dashboards, and high-level reporting for executives.

  • Demonstrated track record of developing and deploying ML/AI models in production environments.

  • Solid understanding of SaaS business models and Customer Success domains.

  • Strong communication abilities with the capacity to clearly convey complex analysis to senior and non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent at coordinating various initiatives and achieving results in dynamic settings.
