Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in quality improvement training of neonatal unit staff
Champion implementation of the quality improvement project
Maintain a register of all participants included in the project.
Prepare and maintain good filing system (both the study participants and source verification documents) for all enrolled participants.
Collect accurate data and resolve any discrepancies with data team.
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the Principal Investigator
Job Specifications
Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse
Valid registration with relevant body.
Two (2) years of clinical experience post qualification
Training and experience in research, quality improvement and IT will have an added advantage.
