Senior Trader – Fixed Income at KCB Bank Kenya
Overview
The Senior Trader – Fixed Income is responsible for managing the bank’s fixed income trading activities, including government securities, Eurobonds, money market instruments, and any other fixed income products including derivatives. The role focuses on maximizing trading profitability while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, internal risk limits, ALCO guidance, and the bank’s overall asset-liability management (ALM) strategy. This is a senior role whose holder will be responsible for relationship management of both internal and external stakeholders for efficient balance sheet management, generating business, and providing thought leadership.
