Overview

We are pleased to announce the following vacancy in the Technology Enterprise Solutions Department within the Technology Division. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below

Role

Reporting to the Manager – TES Operations, the Specialist – Budget, Inventory & Partner Management owns end-to-end CAPEX and OPEX financial control, partner and contract management, and inventory governance across enterprise programs.

The role ensures cost efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence through strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Tech Strategy, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Business teams, enabling smart growth and a high-quality enterprise customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold the company code of conduct, policies and procedures, ensuring integrity and accountability in every aspect of your work.

  • All employees have a responsibility to adhere to safety, health, and wellbeing policies, guidelines and procedures in all actions and decisions.

  • Lead end-to-end planning and management of CAPEX and OPEX budgets across enterprise programs and projects.

  • Support annual budgeting cycles and provide financial input into business cases and solution design.

  • Monitor budget performance, track variances, and ensure financial governance and cost control.

  • Manage onboarding, governance, and performance of partners, including KPI/SLA tracking and reviews.

  • Ensure compliance with contracts and oversee partner payments, documentation, and reporting accuracy.

  • Maintain and optimise IMS reporting, ensuring data integrity and zero historical liabilities through proactive reconciliation.

  • Oversee full inventory and asset lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, tracking, and disposal.

  • Ensure stock availability using demand forecasting and align procurement with pricing and vendor requirements.

  • Drive process improvements, automation, and governance across financial, inventory, and partner management functions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and support system enhancements through requirements gathering and UAT participation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/BBIT/Supply Chain/Procurement or related relevant field

  • 2years experience in operations support function in a busy Enterprise/Telco implementation and deployment environment or Supplier/Partner Management roles

  • Strong Analytical and reporting skills

  • Project Management and good working knowledge of Finance and Budgeting

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies like Scrum

  • Fair appreciation of telecommunications/IT and network related equipment and solutions
