The firm handles equity trading, bond trading, IPO subscriptions, and portfolio advisory for clients. Goldcrest Capital manages client portfolios valued at over KES 8 billion and employs thirty-five investment advisors and trading staff. The company is regulated by the Capital Markets Authority.

What you will do:

You will support the project manager in coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, tracking deliverables, and communicating with team members and stakeholders. Daily tasks include updating the project schedule, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, following up on action items, and maintaining the project risk register. The role involves preparing project status reports, managing project-related correspondence, and organising project events such as workshops and training sessions. You will also assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting for the project. Strong organisational skills, proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Jira, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a relevant field from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must be a Kenyan citizen aged 21 years or above
