Job Purpose

We are looking for a Sales Representative to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting corrugated packaging solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell corrugated packaging products (cartons, boxes, custom packaging solutions)

Manage and grow existing customer accounts to achieve sales targets

Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and contracts

Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitor activities

Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts

Identify and develop new clients

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Professional certification is an added advantage

2 – 3 years’ experience in corrugated packaging/cartons or related B2B sales

Demonstrated high levels of performance in a field sales environment.

Key Competencies

A comprehensive understanding of the sales and marketing cycle

Proficiency in MS Office, and ERP/CRM systems

Excellent persuasion, negotiation and influencing skills.

Excellent Customer Service, Customer Relationship and interpersonal Skills

Effective planning and organization skills
