  • Establish a monthly work plan with the support of medical doctors.

  • Assist the medical doctor to submit the community-based activities report and achievement data report.

  • Assist Medical doctor in preparation of procurement plan.

  • Respect rules and regulations of IRC.

  • Maintain good contact and professional behavior with colleagues, the village community, and community stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with team members to establish quality project activities on time.

  • Coordinate with program support teams to implement project activities in time.

  • In collaboration with other members of the health project team and M & E team, participate in the design and implementation of formative assessments and baseline studies in order to identify health priorities and practices among the community.

  • Record activity data according to IRC report format and participate in data entry.

  • Be flexible for other activities upon request.

  • Remain flexible to perform other duties as required or requested.

What should you have?

Education:

  • Any graduate (Interested in health education or community health promotion activities)

Work Experience:

  • 1 year working experience in health education awareness sessions.

Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to work well in a team.

  • Ability to travel to remote targeted sites.

  • Good communication skills and experience in community facilitation.

  • Good facilitation skills.

  • Essential to have excellent ability to speak and understand in local dialect.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in reading and writing in Myanmar Language
