Job Description

We are seeking 10 motivated and customer‑focused graduates to join our Graduate Direct Sales Agent Programme within the Property & Casualty (Short‑Term) Insurance business.

This structured 4‑month graduate development programme provides hands‑on sales experience, complemented by professional training, coaching, and mentorship. Graduates will be equipped with the appropriate tools and resources to perform effectively in their roles while gaining broad exposure to Property & Casualty insurance operations. Successful participants may be considered for career progression at the completion of the programme.

Designed for graduates with an insurance qualification, the programme offers an excellent foundation for building a long‑term career in insurance sales. As a Direct Sales Agent, you will contribute to business growth by promoting and selling insurance solutions to individuals and businesses, while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Result Areas

  • Sell Property & Casualty insurance products through direct sales channels.

  • Identify and engage potential customers through leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities.

  • Conduct customer needs analysis and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

  • Educate customers on policy coverage, benefits, exclusions, and pricing.

  • Prepare quotations, complete policy documentation, and support policy issuance.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and renewals.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets in line with business objectives.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and comply with regulatory and company requirements.

  • Participate in structured graduate training, coaching, and assessments throughout the programme.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience required

  • Certificate of Proficiency (Short-Term Insurance)- Required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Insurance. or a related field.

  • Recent graduate (within the last 1–2 years).

  • Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance principles.

  • Strong interest in building a career in insurance sales.

  • Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

  • Eligibility to work in the country of employment.
