Job Description
We are seeking 9 Direct Sales Agents to join our Short-Term business.
The ideal candidate will proactively generate leads through field visits and cold calling, present and explain products face-to-face, assess customer needs, assist with accurate documentation and applications, close sales, and ensure full compliance.
Key expectations include meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets, maintaining a high conversion rate, and protecting customer data. Core deliverables are a minimum number of prospect meetings, completed and verified application forms, signed customer agreements, and regular activity reports submitted to the sales manager.
Key Result Areas
Field Operations & Prospecting
Conduct daily door-to-door visits, cold calling, and field-based lead generation activities to identify potential customers. Sort and organize customer documentation and application forms for submission to the branch operations team.
Customer Reception & Engagement
Welcome prospective customers in person during field visits or at designated kiosks/offices, assist with basic product inquiries, and refer complex financial or technical matters to senior colleagues or sales manager as necessary.
Customer Service Support
Provide on site customer service support, including assisting with form filling, photocopying of KYC documents, and collecting necessary paperwork. Maintain courteous and professional interactions with customers throughout the sales process.
Data Entry
Accurately enter customer names, contact details, addresses, and product preferences into client’s schedule at the point of sale to ensure the organization has the relevant information for follow up sales, cross selling, and after sales service actions.
Customer Needs Clarification
Ask targeted questions to help customers identify which product insurance policies best fits their needs, understand how they intend to use the product, and recommend the most suitable solution based on their financial situation and goals.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience required

Certificate of proficiency – Short Term (Required).

Minimum 3 years Sales experience insurance /financial services.
