What you will do:

You will manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring that goods and services are purchased at competitive prices and delivered on time. You will also ensure that all procurement activities comply with the company's procurement policy and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority requirements where applicable. The position requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure during peak purchasing periods. Experience with ERP procurement modules and e-procurement platforms is an advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a Master's degree is an added advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate organisational goals into actionable plans

  • Experience managing budgets and reporting to senior leadership
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
