Social Media Manager

About the Role: We are hiring a Social Media Manager to grow and engage our online community across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. You will own our social strategy from content creation to community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar
- Create, schedule, and publish posts across all platforms
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly
- Track KPIs (engagement, reach, follower growth) and report monthly
- Stay on top of trends and platform algorithm changes
- Coordinate with designers and copywriters on campaigns
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts professionally
- Deep knowledge of major platforms and their scheduling/analytics tools
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Experience with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
- Creative mindset and ability to spot trends early
- Bonus: short-form video creation experience (Reels, TikTok)
