UX/UI Designer
Job Type: Full-Time | Remote
Salary: Ksh 65,000
About the Role: We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will research user needs, design interfaces, and collaborate with developers to bring products to life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile apps
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and data
Requirements:
- 2+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes
- Expert proficiency in Figma (Sketch or Adobe XD accepted)
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility (WCAG)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
