We are seeking to recruit a mature, disciplined, and trustworthy Driver to join a private household / executive environment. The successful candidate must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
This position is best suited for an individual who values long-term employment, stability, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Driving & Transport Duties
Safely transport the principal / family members to appointments, meetings, errands, airport transfers, church, social engagements, and other destinations.
Ensure punctuality and readiness at all times.
Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor while driving.
Drive defensively and obey all traffic laws and regulations.
Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays.
Vehicle Care & Maintenance
Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, serviced, and roadworthy at all times.
Conduct daily vehicle checks (oil, tyres, lights, battery, cleanliness).
Report repairs or faults immediately.
Ensure insurance, inspection, and licensing documents remain current.
Household / Support Duties
Assist with errands, deliveries, and light support tasks as required.
Be available for occasional schedule changes depending on family needs.
Maintain confidentiality regarding all household matters.
Flexibility
Must be willing to work Sundays or outside normal hours when required, depending on the employer’s schedule.
Maintain a cooperative attitude with changing schedules.
Minimum Requirements
Experience
Minimum 5 years proven driving experience
VIP / executive / private family driving experience is highly preferred
Age & Maturity
Preferably 35 years and above
Stability
Preference may be given to candidates with families / established responsibilities, as this often reflects maturity and long-term stability.
Licensing
Valid Kenyan driving licence with a clean or acceptable driving record.
Language
Must be able to communicate effectively in:
English
Kiswahili
