At MPESA Foundation Academy, we are committed to excellence, integrity, and stewardship. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Procurement Manager to lead our end-to-end procurement function. You will drive value for money, ensure full compliance, and build a resilient supply chain that supports our Academy’s mission.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute the annual procurement and disposal plan.
Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiations.
Manage supplier performance, pre-qualification, and quarterly reviews.
Enforce procurement policies, internal controls, and audit readiness.
Oversee the procurement module in Sage X3 and drive automation.
Mentor a small team (Procurement Officer and Assistant).
What You Bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.

Certification: CIPS, KISM, or equivalent (mandatory).

Experience: 5+ years in procurement, with demonstrable tendering and sourcing experience.

Technical Skills: ERP proficiency (Sage X3 preferred); knowledge of procurement laws and contract management.
