PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), one of Kenya’s leading professional services firms, has announced graduate associate opportunities for young Kenyans who have recently completed or are about to complete their university studies.
The firm is recruiting for two lines of service: Assurance and Consulting & Risk Services. Both positions are two-year fixed-term contracts designed to give recent graduates hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to real business challenges.

Graduate Associate – Assurance

What Graduate Associates Will Do
Successful candidates will grow their skills through continuous learning and hands-on experience. They will work with diverse teams in an inclusive and supportive environment. Their daily work will involve analysing information, spotting insights, and solving real business challenges.
Graduate associates will also build strong communication and professional skills while developing commercial awareness and understanding how organisations operate. Throughout the programme, they will uphold PwC’s high standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism.
Requirements
Applicants must be Kenyan citizens.
Academic requirements: Candidates must have scored KCSE or its equivalent with B+ and above and achieved an Upper Second class university degree, OR scored B plain in KCSE with a First-Class Honours degree.
Fields of study: Candidates must be studying or have graduated in business fields including Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Commerce, OR technology fields including IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, or Information Systems.
Graduation timeline: Applicants must have graduated in 2024 or later, or will finish their studies by September 2026.
Added advantage: Progress toward or completion of CPA(K), ACCA, or CA certification is an added advantage.

As with the Assurance role, graduate associates will grow their skills through continuous learning and hands-on experience. They will work with diverse teams in an inclusive and supportive environment, analyse information, spot insights, and solve real business challenges.
They will build strong communication and professional skills, develop commercial awareness, and uphold PwC’s high standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism.
