We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Factors Studies to lead our workshop facilitation projects and drive business growth in Process Safety, Risk, and Asset Integrity / Reliability Engineering. As a trusted expert in Energy area, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping clients optimize their processes, manage risks cost-effectively and ensure safety.
Responsibilities:

Support Human Factors Integration and Human Factors Engineering at design and engineering projects.

Quantitative Human Reliability Assessment / Human Error Analysis.

Training development and delivery

Ideal Candidate:
-
A degree (BEng, BSc, or MSc) or equivalent in Human Factors / Ergonomics or a related subject.

At least 8+ years of applied Human Factors/Ergonomics in Energy sector.
-
Chartered Ergonomist & Human Factors Specialist (C.ErgHF) or working towards the award of CIEHF Chartered status is a plus.

Knowledge on Oil and Gas and Energy Transition Area

Possesses strong facilitation skills, with the ability to channel discussion towards consensus

Is energetic, motivated, and comfortable traveling regularly for client meetings
