Compact license required.Minimum 3 years of recent clinical practice experience.Strong skills in care planning, care coordination, and patient advocacy across the continuum of care.Clear, respectful communication (written and verbal) with members, families, providers, and business partners.Comfort using a PC and common tools (Windows and Word) and ability to learn new systems as they change. The Risk and Underwriting Senior Advisor will develop client-specific pricing strategies with competitive offers in the marketplace for all requests, including understanding and driving toward alternate pricing models. These requests may include Request for Proposals (RFPs), Direct Renewals, Coalition Support, and Market Checks. The expectation is that the Risk and Underwriting Senior Advisor will lead more strategic and complex pricing activities as well as provide training and support to Pricing Analysts and Senior Pricing Analysts for their activities. The Risk and Underwriting Senior Advisor will also provide pricing support for all ad hoc analyses (i.e. evaluating a change in formulary request, evaluating a change in retail network or retail arrangement request retail requests, evaluating a change in specialty arrangement request, etc.) with a potential financial impact. Work will occur in properties in Danville, IL. The projects we work on and the services we provide demand teams of multi-disciplinary professionals working collaboratively to meet our clients’ needs. The role of an Inspector working within this program requires the use of multiple methods to perform detailed inspections of customer-side water service lines to identify the service line material. This is a part-time (20 hours/weekly), limited-term role for the duration of 12 months, renewable. RESPONSIBILITIES:Conducting field inspections to determine water service line material.Interacting with and serving as a point of contact for ERM with landowners, contractors, clients, and other project team members.Reviewing and implementing project documents and data entry.Providing technical leadership, support, and direction to field staff. This includes the coordination of daily inspections, schedules, and meetings.Distributing water sampling test kits and contracts to landowners, as needed.Documenting service line material findings by preparing daily written inspection reports that provide up-to-date, consistent written and photo documentation of activities observed in the field.Participating in various meetings.Performing additional tasks as assigned or required. REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.A basic understanding of building construction and the ability to locate a water meter/shutoff is preferred but not required. Necessary training will be provided.Strong oral and written communication skills.Proficient technical skills, including, but not limited to, experience using Microsoft Office programs, digital cameras, and other handheld data collection devices.Must possess a valid Driver’s License.Must be able to comply with ERM health and safety procedures,Must have a good driving record.Pay Transparency: For the Inspectors position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $58,240 – $72,800, $28.00/hr - $35.00/hr USD, limited-term, non-exempt.
